AT Apartments is an eight-unit building designed around thermal efficiency and occupant comfort. The structure is oriented north-south to capture natural ventilation, using balconies and lattices that create a play of shadows to protect the interiors from the Aruban sun. The project optimizes space with six studios and two larger apartments, integrating a social area with a pool and steam room. The design takes a sustainable approach, integrating solar panels that generate energy while shading the parking lot, achieving a minimalist, functional aesthetic perfectly suited to its surroundings.
